With the Bose Music App for iOS & Android, customers can control their speakers, create groups, and browse and playback their favorite music using services like Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, Sirius XM, and more. This app release also supports the first smart home speaker launch for Bose allowing customers to set up their Alexa voice integration.
Collaborated with a cross-functional software team of product managers, program managers, mobile app engineering, and QA in support of the launch of three new products for Bose Consumer Electronics. The Bose Home Speaker 500, Bose Soundbar 500 and Bose Soundbar 700 are the first smart speakers to include Alexa Voice Assistant for Bose. Customers can now control their Bose speakers using voice, app, and on-product controls.
I managed the team working to launch the Bose Music App in support of the launch of these new products.

Managed the development of the 1st generation native mobile applications for Resilinc EventWatch product. The iOS and Android apps alert customers when any disruptions to their extended supply chains occur, provide top level information about the criticality of the event, and allow for quick communication with impacted suppliers for event response.
Introduced a simple executive dashboarding tool within the Resilinc system to allow customers to build custom dashboards using data, tables and charts from anywhere within the tool. Worked closely with key customers to get an in depth understanding of the gaps in the existing system in order to design and test the new capabilities.
Redesigned the internal system so that the Resilinc Event Watch team could efficiently monitor world news events and deploy custom messages to affected customers. I was the product manager on this project, as well as the manager of the User Experience Designers working on the project. This redesign effort was the first step towards redesigning the entire Resilinc platform, and helped to define a new set of style guidelines and front end development processes.
Designed a simplified, configurable scoring algorithm to measure multi-variable risk in complex, multi-tier, global supply chains. Collaborated with the development team to introduce the scoring system into the Resilinc product for all customers, and oversaw QA deliverables. Led in-depth training sessions for customers to help them understand how to configure, interpret and respond to the risks within their supply chains.
